취소 및 환불 규정

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (General Principles)

1. GLOBALKMOVE provides purchasing agent services for Korean products designated by the customer and storage, packing and overseas shipping forwarding services for products owned by the customer.

2. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to whether the product has been purchased, the stage of service provision, whether the seller can process the request, and applicable law. Rights guaranteed to the customer by applicable law take precedence over this Policy.

3. The product price, domestic shipping cost, agent fee, international shipping cost and additional service charges are itemized separately in the quote.

4. Refunds are in principle made to the original payment method in the original payment currency (KRW for card payments, USD for PayPal payments). Differences in displayed amounts caused by the card issuer's, payment provider's or PayPal's currency conversion follow that institution's rules. Amounts incorrectly charged by the Company are corrected and refunded.

5. Shipping forwarding requests can be cancelled directly from My Page until the international shipping cost is paid, and purchasing agent orders can be cancelled directly from My Page until the first payment is made. All other cancellation and refund requests are submitted by email to globalkmove@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +82 10-7282-9820.

Article 2 (Cancellation and Refund of Online Purchasing Agent Orders)

1. Before the first payment, the customer may cancel the purchase request directly from My Page.

2. If the order is cancelled after payment but before the Company places the order with the seller, the full amount paid for that order is refunded.

3. If cancellation or return is requested after the order has been placed with the seller, the Company checks whether the seller can process it and applicable law, and supports the process. The customer's statutory rights are not restricted solely on the basis of the seller's policy.

4. For returns due to a change of mind, the Company informs the customer of the actual return shipping and other costs the customer must bear under applicable law. When costs are deducted from the refund, the items and basis of calculation are provided together.

5. Fees for agent services already provided are settled according to the scope of service provided, the prior notice and consent, and applicable law. A fixed percentage of the product price is not deducted as a penalty merely because of cancellation.

6. If the purchase cannot be made because the product is sold out or discontinued, the product price not purchased and the fees for services not provided are refunded. Substitute products are purchased only with the customer's consent.

7. If only some products were purchased, the purchased and unpurchased products are distinguished and the corresponding amounts are settled.

Article 3 (Cancellation and Refund of Offline In-Store Purchasing)

1. Offline in-store purchasing includes visiting, waiting and purchasing on site. Before payment, the Company informs the customer of the visit schedule, agent fee, cancellation conditions and settlement rules for failed purchases.

2. If cancelled before the visit and agent work begin, fees for services not provided are refunded.

3. If visiting, waiting or other work has already taken place, the product price and the in-store agent fee are settled separately. Fees for work performed are handled according to the prior notice and consent and applicable law.

4. If the product could not be obtained due to sell-out or purchase quantity limits, the product price not purchased is refunded. The in-store agent fee follows the settlement rules for failed purchases notified before payment.

5. If the Company fails to provide the promised in-store service for its own reasons, the product price and in-store agent fee received for that order are refunded.

6. Cancellation or return of products after purchase is handled according to whether the seller can process it and applicable law.

Article 4 (Event, Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Products)

1. For transactions where cancellation restrictions are expected, such as fan-signing or lucky-draw entries and made-to-order products, the Company explains the reasons and conditions before payment and obtains the consent required by applicable law.

2. Cancellation after entry information has been submitted or production has started is assessed according to the actual stage of progress and applicable law.

3. Cancellations and refunds are not uniformly restricted merely because a product is a limited edition or pre-order. The customer's rights regarding defects, wrong delivery or performance that differs from the contract are guaranteed separately.

Article 5 (Cancellation and Refund of Shipping Forwarding Requests)

1. Before the international shipping cost is paid, the customer may cancel the shipping request directly from My Page. Cancelled packages return to warehouse storage and a new shipping request can be made later.

2. After the shipping cost is paid and before handover to the carrier, the customer may request cancellation through customer support. The Company checks the actual dispatch status and refunds unused international shipping costs. Issuing a waybill alone is not treated as handover to the carrier.

3. If separately requested paid services such as packing or compression have already been provided, those fees are settled according to the prior notice and consent and applicable law. No new packing fee or penalty is charged merely because of cancellation.

4. After handover to the carrier, stopping, recalling or re-routing the shipment may be difficult. When a request is received, the Company checks with the carrier whether it is possible and at what cost, and informs the customer.

5. The difficulty of stopping a shipment after dispatch does not exclude the customer's rights regarding defects, wrong delivery or statutory withdrawal.

6. Cancelling a shipping request does not reset the existing storage period.

Article 6 (Storage and Long-Term Unshipped Products)

1. Each package is stored free of charge for 45 days from the warehouse receipt date. From the 46th day a storage fee of USD 1 per package per day applies, calculated separately for each package.

2. For a package undergoing packing or item extraction work, the period from the time the Company starts that work until the package is shipped or the work is cancelled (the work period) is excluded from the storage period. Time spent waiting for an estimate or payment after a shipping request is not part of the work period. The free storage period does not restart after the work; the existing storage period continues, minus the excluded days.

3. Cancelling a shipping request alone does not reset the existing storage period.

4. The customer must request shipment or other handling within 90 days of the receipt date. A package becomes subject to long-term unshipped handling when either 90 days of unshipped status have passed or the accumulated storage fee exceeds the product value declared by the customer, whichever comes first.

5. The Company notifies the registered contact of the storage status, charges incurred, required action and deadline. Return, disposal, donation or sale of long-term unshipped products is carried out through the notices and procedures required by applicable law. Products are not disposed of merely because a period has passed, without the required procedures.

6. Where charges are unpaid, the Company may withhold shipment to the extent permitted by law. If payment is not made within 30 days after notice of the unpaid amount and payment method, the Company may, only where the requirements and procedures of applicable law are met, sell the products to cover the unpaid amount. Any remaining balance after deducting legitimate unpaid charges and handling costs is returned to the customer.

7. Products returned for reasons attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or unpaid customs duties, are subject to the same storage rules from the date of return receipt.

Article 7 (Defects, Wrong Delivery, Missing Items, Loss and Damage)

1. If you find a problem, please send the order number, a description of the problem and supporting materials such as photos to customer support. The Company supports fact-finding and filing claims with the seller or carrier.

2. The condition of the packaging, the waybill, product photos and unboxing videos help identify the cause. However, refund or compensation requests are not uniformly rejected merely because there is no unboxing video.

3. Where damage is caused by the Company's purchasing error, packing negligence or warehouse management negligence, the Company takes measures such as refund, repurchase or compensation within the scope of its liability and applicable law. A refund of service fees alone does not end the Company's liability for product damage.

4. For defects or wrong delivery attributable to the seller, the Company requests exchange, return and cost coverage from the seller. Where the Company is also at fault, it bears that liability separately.

5. Loss or damage during international transport is handled under the carrier's terms, insurance and applicable law, and the Company supports the necessary claims and document submission. Where the Company has separate liability such as packing negligence, it is not shifted to the carrier.

6. Please notify us as soon as possible so that seller and carrier claim deadlines are not missed. Statutory rights are not restricted by the Company's internal claim procedures.

Article 8 (Delivery Failure and Return Due to Customer Reasons)

1. Where additional costs arise for reasons attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required customs information or unpaid customs duties, the Company verifies the cause and cost details and informs the customer.

2. Transport fees for services already provided and actual return and reshipment costs are settled under the carrier's terms and applicable law.

3. Who bears customs duties and taxes is stated separately in the order or shipping quote.

4. Where the Company is at fault, for example by entering the address incorrectly, the cost is not passed on to the customer.

Article 9 (Withdrawal and Statutory Rights)

1. In transactions subject to applicable law, the customer may withdraw within 7 days of receiving the written contract terms. If the goods or services are supplied later, the period runs from the date defined by law, such as the date of supply or the start of supply.

2. Withdrawal may be restricted where statutory grounds exist, such as the start of service provision, to the extent the requirements and prior notice procedures are met. For services that can be provided in parts, the parts not yet provided are handled separately.

3. Where the goods or services differ from what was advertised or contracted, the customer may request withdrawal under applicable law within 3 months of receipt or within 30 days of becoming aware, or of when they could have become aware, of the fact.

4. Where this Policy conflicts with mandatory law applicable to the customer, that law prevails.

Article 10 (Refund Procedure)

1. Refunds proceed in the following order: receipt of the cancellation or refund request → confirmation of the order and service stage and whether a return is needed → notice of the refund amount and any deductions with their basis → refund or payment cancellation to the original payment method → notification of the result by email or similar means.

2. The Company carries out refunds and payment cancellations within the periods set by applicable law. The time it takes for the card issuer or payment provider to reflect the refund varies by payment method.

3. When costs are deducted from a refund, the legitimate basis and details are explained, and fees for services not provided are not deducted arbitrarily.
