We offer two ways to ship Korean K-POP products internationally:
YouBuy · WeShip: You purchase items yourself, we handle international shipping.
WeBuy & Ship: We purchase items for you and ship them internationally.
Please follow the step-by-step guide below to choose the service that best fits your needs.
STEP 1
Check Your Korean Warehouse Address
Dashboard > You Buy & Ship > My Korean Address
- Use this address when placing orders on Korean shopping sites
- Always add your User ID after the recipient name
Recipient: Your Name + User ID
Address: 5F, 362, Ori-ro, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea (14327)
STEP 2
Purchase from Korean Stores
Order directly from Coupang, Weverse Shop, official K-POP stores, etc.
- Set the delivery address as your K-MOVE Korean warehouse address
STEP 3
Package Arrival & Storage
Dashboard > Packages
- Once your parcel arrives at the warehouse, the status updates automatically
- Pending Arrival → Received / Stored
STEP 4
Request International Shipping
Dashboard > Shipping Request > New Request
- Select the packages to ship (multiple selection allowed)
- Choose packaging options (consolidation, repack, etc.)
- Select a shipping carrier (FedEx / K-Packet)
- Enter your destination address and submit the request
STEP 5
Confirm Quote & Make Payment
Packages are measured and packed
- Final shipping cost is calculated
- Complete payment to start international shipment
